Hi! I'm Otari, a motion designer and animation artist based in Riga, Latvia.

I specialise in creating visually striking animations that blend 3D motion design, experimental techniques, and commercial polish. From FOOH content and music videos to social media ads and hybrid media, I bring concepts to life with technical precision and creative vision.

For my work I mainly use softwares like Blender, After Effects, FinalCut Pro X.

I work in two modes:

→ KAAOS: Raw, experimental, music-driven work
